The purpose of this prospectus is to set out the data protection and data management principles applied by NYOLCAS.COM Ltd. and the Company’s data protection and data management policy.

The data subject has the right to receive feedback from the data controller as to whether the processing of his or her personal data is in progress and, if such data processing is in progress, he or she has the right to access the personal data and the following information.

The data subject shall have the right, at his request, to have inaccurate personal data concerning him rectified without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of the data processing, the data subject has the right to request that the incomplete personal data be supplemented, inter alia, by means of a supplementary declaration.

The data subject has the right to have his / her personal data deleted without undue delay at his / her request, and the data controller is obliged to delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay if other conditions are met.

The data subject shall have the right, at the request of the controller, to restrict the processing if one of the following is met:

The purpose of data management:
