My experience as a landlord is that they provide an incredibly professional apartment rental service, with very good value for money. I would recommend them to everyone. They have found very fair cooperative tenants who always pay on time and take great care of the apartment.

I was contracted as a landlord for 5 years. Apart from finding 2x tenants who always paid on time and on budget, (they pre-screen their clients) they checked the apartment regularly, if something was broken they would jump in and fix it, they looked after the property with a good landlord's eye.
Unfortunately, they had to sell the apartment, but if I had an empty one, I would work with them without a problem! :)
