The minimum property management fee is 15 000 HUF for the first year for flats with a rental fee less than 200 000 HUF, and 20 000 HUF from the second year onwards. Management fee is only charged for the period during the property is rented out. In the suburbs (XVI–XXIII. districts) and the agglomeration area the call-out fee is 15 000 HUF. We are unable to manage properties with certain criteria or take over an existing tenancy. Flat management service is only available in combination with tenant brokerage.
